Where does Bondi Wash ship?

The bondiwash.ca website ships only to valid addresses in Canada and the United States. 

Bondi Wash is available within Australia and internationally. You can purchase Bondi Wash products online directly across Europe, Asian and Japanese websites. Please follow the below links to help you find your closest retailer:

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Canada is a flat rate of 15$ per order and free for all orders of 100$ or more (after discount and promo codes are applied).  Express shipping anywhere in Canada is a flat rate of 30$. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal. 

Standard shipping anywhere in the Unites States is a flat rate of 25$ per order and free for all orders of 100$ or more (after discount and promo codes are applied). Express shipping anywhere in the United States is a flat rate of 37$. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed.

Standard shipping on Canadian orders will take 3-7 business days. Express shipping on Canadian orders will take 1-2 business days. 

Standard shipping on US orders will take 4-8 business days. Express shipping on US order will take 2-3 business days. 

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Interact, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Are your products flammable?

All products in the Bondi Wash range are not flammable, with the exception of the 100% essential oils.

Are you products safe for airline travel?

Yes, our products are not flammable (other than the pure essential oils) and not aerosol.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

We are sorry but we do not currently offer gift wrapping. 

What if I would like a refund? 

We are happy to accept returns for any of the following reasons : 

  1. Originally defective
  2. Incorrect product was shipped 
  3. Expiration date is less then three months after receipt of goods

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Past this deadline we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds. 

Please notify us by email at bondiwash@ecoelle.ca and we will provide you with return address. 

Shipping costs and duties on returns will not be refunded. 

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business days. 

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please always make sure the address is correct when you place your order. If you think the address is incorrect, please email us immediately at bondiwash@ecoelle.ca and we will do our best to help you. Once the order has left our warehouse we cannot intercept the shipment and redirect it. If the shipping manager fails to deliver the order it will normally be returned to us within 2-3 weeks. At that point we can re-send your order to the correct address. If the order is not returned to us the package is considered lost and we can not make any refund because shipments are not insured.

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please email us at bondiwash@ecoelle.ca and we will provide you with the return address. Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged in order to be eligible for exchange. We do not cover the additional shipping costs or duties incurred.
